Disclosing a fact like what made you buy this home in first place will provide a transparency and help highliting the features you fell in love. Then sharing it on a booklet with potential buyers.

If you are inflexible or make it difficult for buyers to schedule showings, it could turn them off and make it harder to sell your home.
